The Maxi Jig is a premium jig featuring pulsating marabou dressing and, depending on the model, a bead or marabou/flashabou collar, 2X Strong Owner® hook, and cleaned eyelets. In addition, to protect the jig head from chipping, the ball head of every Maxi Jig is finished with a durable UV impregnated two-part urethane overcoat. The most popular Maxi Jig sizes for winter steelhead are the 1/8 and 1/4 ounce. For low water, small stream – the Great Lakes region has many, a 1/16 or 1/32 ounce size might produce best for you.
